These are some of the questions that I am asked most often:
How big is your luggage? My backpack has 28 liters. Some would call it the size of a daypack and it is definitely a carry-on when flying. I love the freedom that small luggage gives me and I am too lazy to carry more.
What did you do with your other possessions? I donated and sold everything except for a small folder with documents and a hard disk that I left with my parents.
How do you finance your travels? Having always had a rather minimalistic lifestyle I was able to put aside a big part of my income when I was working full time. Recently, I have also started freelancing as a web developer. And I trade a bit on the stock market.
Are you going to visit every country in the world? Maybe. At the moment it is not my highest priority. So far I have visited more than 100 countries (some snapshots are shown below) and there are definitely some missing that I would love to go to. But I also like to re-visit places and discover new things in countries that I have already been to.
